My ideal environment is one where we,

have a beer in hand and dream big while discussing ideas.

laugh, smile the whine together about shit happenings.

get dirty and crawl through the mud together in times of need.

talk about things openly.

always think for each other and for the cause.

are professional and fun-loving.

i've semi failed. but only just this time. =)
